Michael Schubert is a husband, dad, stepdad, airline pilot, and leader committed to restoring strength, responsibility, and conviction in fatherhood.
He does not write from theory.
He writes from the weight of real life.
Michael has lived under pressure—professionally, personally, and spiritually. He has served in roles that demand clarity, discipline, and leadership when mistakes are not an option. He has carried responsibility for others’ lives, navigated failure and redemption, rebuilt what was broken, and learned—often the hard way—that weak men create fragile homes, and disciplined men create legacies.
As an airline pilot, Michael operates in environments where preparation, accountability, and calm leadership matter. That same mindset shapes his approach to fatherhood: show up early, carry the load, tell the truth, and lead with conviction.
As a husband and stepdad in a blended family, he understands complexity, authority without ego, and the quiet burden men carry when they choose to lead children who may not share their blood—but will inherit their example.
Michael believes fatherhood is not a personality trait.
